Complaints Procedure
Primary Teaching Tools is committed to customer service, and will always ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be able to download your resources after payment (Unless you have ordered resources on CD). If you do not receive your link, please contact us sales@primaryteachingtools.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The link will expire after 24 hours, so please ensure you download the resources immediately.

If there is any instance where you cannot access your purchased resources, we will refund you in full.

Posted products - If your item is damaged, faulty, or defective in any way, contact us for a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the goods, contact us to arrange the return of them, and a full refund of the product and postage, within 30 days of purchase.
